Is this a genuine Apple part?
Yes. This is a genuine Apple replacement part. AirPods replacement parts rely on Apple hardware and internal chips to pair correctly with an existing genuine AirPods set. A non genuine earbud cannot normally be mixed with a genuine AirPod and charging case in the same way.
For extra confidence, please check the model number and pair the item with your existing AirPods after setup.
Will it pair with my existing AirPods?
Yes, as long as your model number is compatible with this product. Please check the model number before ordering.
How do I check my model number?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap Bluetooth, tap the information icon next to your AirPods, then check the model number. You can also check the small model number printed under each AirPod.
You can also use our AirPods Model Finder if you are unsure which replacement part you need.
How do I set up the replacement part?
Forget your existing AirPods from your device, place both AirPods in the charging case, charge for 30 to 60 minutes, then hold the setup button until the light flashes white. Reconnect to your device and follow the on screen pairing steps.
Are ear tips included?
No. This AirPods model does not use silicone ear tips, so ear tips are not included.
Why does the marking on my AirPods look different?
AirPods can have different regional markings depending on the original market, such as EU, HK, China or USA regulatory information. These markings may look different between units, but this does not automatically mean the item is not genuine.
The most important checks are the model number, pairing compatibility and device information shown after connection.
How do shipping and returns work?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is returned in the same condition received.
For buyer caused returns, including change of mind, incorrect model selection, or where an item is returned as defective but no fault is found after testing, the buyer may be responsible for both the original delivery cost covered by us and the return postage cost.
If we provide a prepaid return label for a buyer caused return, the cost of that return label may be deducted from the refund.
Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items are handled separately in line with your statutory rights.
What if I order the wrong model?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Compatibility issues caused by ordering the wrong model are not covered by the warranty.
For buyer caused returns, including incorrect model selection, the buyer may be responsible for both the original delivery cost covered by us and the return postage cost. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that return label may be deducted from the refund.
What does the warranty cover?
The 3 month warranty covers functional faults. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse or compatibility issues caused by ordering the wrong model.
